704-730 King’s Road is a 29 storey high commercial building with GFA of 487,500 sq.ft. The tower will be a mix of offices, exhibition rooms and restaurants.
How we helped the client
Scope of Work
Craft was awarded the design, supply and installation of all tower curtain wall systems and the architectural lighting.
All curtain wall elements are being assembled in our Craft manufacturing facilities in Dongguan.
The first 300 square meters of curtain wall were installed to be used as a benchmark and mockup for the internal finishes. Each unit of curtain wall weighs 1,200 kilograms.
