Hilton Hotel Sydney
Opened in 1975, the Hilton Sydney was Australia’s first internationally branded hotel and is a key part of the city’s history and heritage. The reconstruction of the Sydney Hilton, brought to completion in July 2005 and after a three-year building campaign, involved a number of specialist consultants and engineers including Hyder, RMH Engineers and Hyundai.
How we helped the client
Scope of Work
Craft was awarded the design, supply and installation of strip glazing to 44 floors of the tower. This included the unitised curtain wall to the main façade and to the Commercial Wing and also the structural point fixed glazing at the podium of the building.
