Macquarie Park Building C

Macquarie Park Building C is the first commercial office building as part of the Macquarie Park development located at 45-61 Waterloo Road in Sydney.

How we helped the client


Scope of Work

JML-CRAFT was appointed the design, supply and installation of a variety of systems on the building including the curtain wall, sunshade feature panels, louvres, canopies, automatic doors, shop fronts and internal stainless steel balustrades. The 3mm thick sunshade is made of 3003 aluminium grade with a special coating produced only in Australia. The coating is Sable Surfmist Interpol D2015 and the thickness of the coating is 60-80 microns and it creates the unique texture and aesthetic as per the architectural intent.

The overall area of the façade covers around 20,000 square meters.
