Our History

1995
Craft Created
Craft Projects was originally established in Hong Kong as a roof and cladding subcontractor. At its startup stage, the company was run out of founder Grant Craft’s apartment using this Pentium 486 computer.

1997
Our Roofing Cred
The company quickly grew and its first major roofing project was the Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) completed at Hong Kong International Airport’s International Terminal.

2005
Market Leadership
Within 10 years, Craft became the Hong Kong market leader in roofing and cladding with over 45 projects and USD$72.5 million in sales, including its first unitized roofing project, undertaken at the Asia World Expo.

2006
Macanese Megacasinos
Craft branched into the Macau market with expansion works of the megacasinos. Owing to the holding-down power of Craft systems during the fiercest typhoon conditions, there are now over 30 Craft projects in Macau.

2010
Singapore Successes
After setting up in Singapore, Craft completed multiple high end projects, such as the Marina Bay Sands Casino and ITE College West.

2016
Craft Expanded into the Philippines
With the award of the Mactan Cebu International Aiport CRAFT continued its expansion in the region.

2017
Curtain Wall Production
Craft acquired a running curtain wall factory in South China with a production capacity of 10,000 square meters per month.

2017
Expansion of Services: Australia and Thailand
Craft bought JML Facades in Australia who are now the Group’s specialists in bespoke facades and structural glazing systems. The Group also opened an office in Bangkok, Thailand.

2018
Time for Taiwan
Partnering with a local facades company, TopGet, Craft opened an office in Taipei with sights set on some of the larger scale roofing and facades projects there.
